Investment in real estate

We offer complete management of your property, including securing long-term leases for your properties. From the presentation of the apartment and the organization of inspections, through the search and verification of the tenant's creditworthiness and the preparation of a customized contract, to the ongoing supervision of the apartment throughout the lease period, routine maintenance and minor repairs. In addition, we will take care of the recovery of rent arrears and debts and will amend, supplement or terminate the tenancy agreement. We will also prepare income tax returns for the rental activity. With us, you will no longer have to deal with any worries in connection with your property.
